It is important to us that your return/exchange be as pleasant and hassle free as possible. Please make sure that we receive your return within 14 days from the date on the sales receipt, after 14 days the sale is final. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item(s) and then you will be credited only the purchase amount. Please return all item(s) in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, the item(s) must be unworn and have the tags still attached, or they will not be accepted, this will be determined on return of the item(s) by Matea Designs. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be refunded or exchanged. Garments that have been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.
If returning the garment/s please send back garment/s with the original invoice we sent you & indicate on the invoice if you would like an exchange and what you would like to exchange for or if you would like a refund please inicate so accordingly. Please ship item/s to the address listed on the purchase invoice you received with your order.
We will give a full refund if the item/s should be unsuitable for any reason as we understand that it can be difficult purchasing online at times if you are not familiar with the brand styles and sizing. Or simply an item might not suit, by giving a full refund we want to be as flexible as we can for you all, our valued customers.
We will refund goods purchased which are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault, this will be determined on return of the item by Matea Designs.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return constraints; we are not able to reimburse you for an amount greater than your original purchase amount.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were not purchased online at www.mateadesigns.com.au
Purchase(s) made online cannot be returned to any Matea Designs store or Matea Designs stockist.
If an item is “On Sale” there is no refund, we do not refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
We do not give refunds on gift voucher and gift voucher purchases.
In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Matea Designs is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.
Matea Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the merchandise during return shipping.
